The allotments on Tachbrook Road are now a housing estate. The houses at the bottom of Landor Road are flooded out when it rains heavy due to the area being over-developed. Because of this, we have been refused insurance on our house only 4 weeks ago by Lloyds TSB because we live less than one mile away from a flooded area.
