Concentrations of housing will place more pressure on Warwick, Leamington and villages. Towns brought virtually to standstill by rush hour traffic. Morning queues to towns from south stretch onto M40 and Banbury Road.
Bishops Tachbrook affected badly. Journeys to hospital difficult. Inadequate bus service.
Canal, river and railway bridges limit traffic flow. Expansion would severely affect residents quality of life.
Lack of school at Warwick Gates means children obtained places in Bishops Tachbrook school resulting in village children being refused. They have to be driven to school.
Enormous housing estates will re-create serious water supply difficulties already suffered.
