Object to development being solely directed to the south of the urban area. This area could be more sustainable land to the south.

Land at Glebe Farm, Cubbington is one of the least constrained and would only have medium landscape impact.

Exceptional circumstances exist to allow development in the Green Belt based on the need to identify land for housing.

Sustainable locations to the north of Warwick/Leamington should be considered for development.
