SG05 is unsuitable for growth development because of the lack of supporting road infrastructure and dangerous entry/exit onto Offchurch rd/Windmill hill. Traffic from SG05 will be heading through Offchurch to the Fosse way, up Kenilworth road or “rat running” through the village . The volume of additional traffic generated from the Cubbington housing estates of 200 odd houses already causes traffic issues - it’s madness to consider infilling between Cubbington & Lillington as a preferred option for expansion when there is zero ability to improve the road infrastructure in the surrounding wider landscape to support developing SG05.
