I disagree with the selection of this area for redevelopment to housing. The flooding in the local area worsens each year, this area is a flood plain. Just this week (6/1/25) the A46 dual carriageway was closed for 24 hours following a collision, a vehicle aquaplaning over flood waters coming from this very site., causing traffic chaos throughout the day in Warwick. Covering the area with hard surfaces would only worsen the issue to surrounding areas. The development would also only have one exit, onto the Hampton Road, as the other side of the development is blocked by a railway.
