The proposed development of settlement location B1 would destroy vast swathes of green belt land, remove agricultural capacity which will impact food production, and put a huge increase in strain on roads that are already reaching capacity at rush hour and beyond. Development and construction traffic and noise would adversely impact the existing communities for years to come.
