Proposal is to close to the Holy well area. Not enough infrastructure in Southam to cope with expansion. River floods very often by the Holy Well. The fields either side of the Holy well are one of the only areas in Southam used for dog walkers. The holy well area is a huge historical site for Southam which brings lots of visitors. There are other areas of Southam that are more suitable for housing development such as by the bypass/Daventry Road area.
