This will further destroy the green spaces around Cubbington. We have already had houses built and the decimation caused by HS2. Leamington and Warwick do not have the infrastructure to cope with this increase in housing. Also this has previously been refused due to the flood risk. There have been floods in Cubbington before including in my street
