This will not only cause visual pollution, but air pollution to local residents. The infrastructure already is horrendous locally with congestion control and management being terrible. Hs2 has caused enough issues and now you wish to build on one of the few green built sites we have locally. This will cause many negative issues for those locally included potential water issues towards cubbington as per a previous plan request similar to this. Stop building houses when the previously built haven't even been 100% sold yet as no one can afford them. Completely against this, it's not sustainable or environmentally friendly
