I strongly object to the proposed allocation of 125ha for industrial and logistical uses in South Warwickshire, particularly the Red House Farm site. Leamington’s roads are already severely congested due to overdevelopment, and this plan will exacerbate traffic issues, harming residents’ quality of life. Infrastructure improvements are vague and insufficient to handle the increased strain. Furthermore, the development risks merging distinct communities and damaging the local environmental industrial growth over community well-being and sustainability is unacceptable. Instead, focus should be placed on utilising existing industrial land and improving public transport connectivity to avoid further burdening our overpopulated area.
