Poor infratstructure as shown with the small Union View development and the impact on existing residents. How can you justify the loss of green belt land ????? It really a beautiful area of countryside enjoyed by many walkers that you want to turn into a business park ! Really dissapointing and short sited.

Conclusion
If this project is approved, Warwickshire will suffer irreparable damage, including:
•Permanent loss of protected Green Belt land.
•Severe environmental destruction and biodiversity loss.
•Increased flood risks due to inadequate drainage systems.
•Overwhelming traffic congestion and public safety concerns.
•Diminished community well-being and destruction of public green spaces.
