- Loss of beautiful countryside FOREVER that is enjoyed by many walkers
- Negative impact on existing residents (see Union View development isses)
- Birmingham Road is already extremly busy road and cant cope with more traffic for 8000 homes !
- Turning warwick into an urban sprawl that will ultimately join with Kenilworth into a complete mess of a place to live. Look at how Warwick Gates, Shires area is just now a sprawl with too many people tryint to get around a small area.
- No bus services, schools, GP's etc
