The key issues for me are
1. ensuring that the housing provided prioritises the need for a greatly increased stock of affordable housing;
2. ensuring that the housing provided meets high standards for sustainability and environmental considerations
3. ensuring that existing amenities, including allotments, and accessible green spaces are not encroached upon,
4. ensuring that the necessary infrastructure, such as shops, schools and health centres, are built into the plan.
