The land North of Leamington marks a clear break with the West Midlands conurbation and this distinction should be maintained. The recent South of Leamington development shows that there is no interest in the provision of public transport from public bodies or private companies so that there is the likelihood that yet another car-owning ghetto will be created; the only real beneficizries will be landowners and house builders.
