The land proposed in North Leamington is clearly not the "grey belt" the government proposed to use for new building. It is real, genuine Green Belt and the threshold for building on land such as this must be so stratospherically high to be essentially unreachable. This land is also active farmland and given that as a country we are far short of being self-sufficient in food, farm land must always be protected.

To conclude, this land is Green Belt. It must never be built on.
