Substantial infrastructure investment, of at least the following, must be completed before any housebuilding is even considered on SG06:

- Widening of Sandy/Old Milverton Lane to build a path and dedicated cycle lane from exit of Leamington to A452 roundabout
- Traffic calming along all of Guys Cliffe avenue
- Resolution of flooding issues around Latomine drive
- Significant further traffic calming Leamington entrance from Old Milverton Lane
- Upgrade of the A452/Old Milverton Lane/B4113 roundabout to provide additional capacity
- Protection of the existing right of way between Old Milverton Lane and Bamburgh Grove via a green corridor
