The extent of environmental damage this proposal would deliver is incomprehensible. Our community would be diluted and our surrounding ecosystems would be destroyed forever. Our green belt should be respected and retained. The proposal puts a heavy focus on public transport but there isn't much of this. The proposal mentions that every house will have a car charging point and so even planners envisage cars will be heavily used which the local roads cannot cope with. The rail system will need investment upwards of £11 million alone which is almost inconvertibly not going to happen.
