This is an area of rich agricultural value, wide ranging wildlife habitat, supports recreation for Milverton and Leamington and is a vital rain water soak protecting the railway line and Leamington residents from increasing flood risk. To build on this precious and dwindling resource would devastate the natural beauty of this landscape.
