I am only in favour of this if you have build a GP practice, school(s), shops, outdoor areas and recreational activities (eg cafes) in the housing development. Leamington has too many soulless housing developments now, and everyone in them needs to come into central Leaminton or the shopping park to do anything, which adds to the massive congestion problem on the roads. There also is not unlimited space in schools and GPs, and this can't be addressed only once the houses are complete and you've potentially run out of money, it needs to be part of the original building work.
