The existing long-contested plans for land close to St Freemund are totally unsatisfactory. If building is to take place in that area the access and other contested aspects of the existing plans need to be totally changed so that they are acceptable to all. It seems as so often these plans have been driven by the developers, and this practice must be stopped in order that we have appropriate developments rather than developments that are most profitable to those who will benefit most financially.
