This area is greenbelt land and contains parcels of land designated LSP7, LSP8, LSP9 in the South Warwickshire Greenbelt review. Both LSP8 and LSP9 are recorded as making a moderate contribution to the greenbelt. This therefore makes them unsuitable for development, as judged by your own Greenbelt review.
In addition, building on this land would significantly increase the flood risk to the village of Cubbington, which is already incredibly at risk (as seen in 2007 when 50 homes flooded).
Finally, developing SG05 would significantly increase cross-town traffic, which would increase pollution and be against the sustainable growth criteria set out.
