This area reflects hugely important greenbelt in providing a breakwater for development, maintaining countryside for all to enjoy. The village and surrounding views and natural habitat and wildlife should be maintained at all costs othersie it will be lost for future generations to enjoy. Development here will fundamentally change the sense of place for the area. The infrastructure required (roads etc) would add to the immense change in sense of place for the wider area as well
