there are no amenities this side of Leamington - all the supermarkets are south of Leamington or Warwick.
reduction of parking in Leamington town centre since closure of multi-storey carpark means difficult to travel to Leamington town to shop (doubt will walk / cycle)
Road into location - Guy's Cliffe Avenue fast, straight road with two schools - increase traffic = increased accidents
development will merge Old Milverton village into Leamington - changing the character of the area / removing walking area for local residents
