Leamington has expanded beyond its infra-structure capability/resources, as per the development between the Shires/M40, which has little to recommend it. The impact on access to Leamington is enormous, exacerbated by flooding at Princess Drive. This new plan will gridlock Leamington. (The cycle lane has narrowed the Kenilworth Road; I have yet to see it used!) The priority = redevelopment in the town and concentric circles outwards, instead of locating populations in houses that demand transport and provide no local resoources. Another new 'chicken-factory-farming’ development will guarantee Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry becomes an urban sprawl.
