Whilst this area is one of the highest above sea level in Leamington.
How the water table is here, when we've had heavy rain downpours in the past, the water has been a torrent down Oakridge Road, and it has flooded houses in Parklands Avenue.
It also needs to bear in mind the bad floods experienced in Cubbington.
It's a very brave person who is willing to put their signature on authorisation of development of this site.
