Ref 169 Land East Of Station Lane. Station Lane is lined with TPO trees. Narrow for lorries already and no footpaths. Many walkers. Extra houses not viable as addition. No gas available and sewage system creaking already. Station has 16 carparking spaces only and trains stop only every 2 hours. Railway capacity constrained. Also station close to school so extra traffic and parking very limited. Station not good reason for big growth in area. Field next to Kingswood Farm listed building and visible from Baddesley Clinton NT property driveway. Field partly in flood area and in canal conservation area. Wildlife-rich
