Bus service poor and road access poor - narrow and twisty roads with low railway bridge on Old Warwick Road and narrow canal bridges in almost all directions. Visible from Baddesley Clinton NT property. Flood areas by canal. Valuable wildlife. Infrastructure and services already creaking. If Hockley Heath SGA or Hatton Settlement go ahead roads will be major problem even if no major developments in Kingswood area
