235 Land to North pf Rising Lane. Road access in all directions difficult - narrow, canal bridges. Important to prevent sprawl into Green Belt from Kingswood. Lapworth Station capacity very limited and no footpath down Station Lane to get to station. Bus service very limited. Access to major roads already difficult but will be much worse if Hatton and/or Hockley Heath developments go ahead. Services in Kingswood already struggling. No gas.
