761 Mill Lane. An attractive piece of countryside on a quiet, narrow and twisty lane. Extra vehicles will cause problems on bends and over canal bridge. Construction vehicles will struggle for access. Good access to station but trains only stop there every 2 hours so of limited use and not reason to see Kingswood as growth hub. Limited local jobs so cars needed and access to road network very poor, especially if Hatton Settlement and Hockley Heath SGA go ahead. Local services and infrastructure already struggling to cope
