205. Land adj Rose Cottage. Access down Bromehall Lane is very narrow. Entrance onto OWR very near canal bridge. Harborough Bank fort ruins need to be investigated. Believe a hedgerow report a few years ago suggested that valuable biodiversity in the area. Kingswood has limited local job opportunities so cars needed and all routes have their problems with canals and railway bridges. Traffic also a big problem if Hatton Settlement and Hockley Heath SGA go ahead. Lapworth Station services very limited and of marginal use. Bus service very poor. Would need a lot of development to make 20 minute neighbourhood!
