SPAs south of Warwick/Leamington are preferred as the have immediate access to the M40 and A46 corridor as well as having significant housing potential, sites X1 and X2. This would confine development into a relatively self contained area that could be easily linked into a Railway/bus interchange development adjacent our largest station Leamington Spa.
