Developing SG05 would have disastrous consequences for the local area. This is Green Belt land, dedicated to preserving natural landscapes and preventing urban sprawl, and provides a divide between Lillington and Cubbington. SG05 has poor access, and an uneven landscape which creates significant flooding.
SG09, SG10, and SG11 are far more appropriate, are within 5 miles of Cubbington and, outside Green Belt classification, they are closer to road networks and don’t flood.
Green Belt boundaries should only be altered where exceptional circumstances are fully evidenced and justified. I believe there is absolutely no justification for altering these boundaries for SG05.
