B1 is the only site that is made up of two distinctly different areas geographically. Therefore, the averaging out of its suitability ratings is floored. e.g. Rail/Bus amber. The western part of B! has no bus service and very narrow country lanes whereas the eastern section has a bus service and significantly better road access. The concept of Rail corridor development north of Leamington is floored. The report acknowledges the rail network here is near capacity, and required expansion of service and infrastructure to serve a development of 8000plus houses would be impossible.
