Yes it is vital that some infrastructure is developed BEFORE building is started. Too often we have seen building first then infrastructure. With the growth of Leamington and Warwick and the areas potential for further development it is ESSENTIAL that significant infrastructure is in place. Surely it is time to consider a new purpose built hospital in Leamington to help alleviate the pressure on Warwick hospital.
