I agree with SG08 being included in the plan for housing only. It must however include good provision for road layout that does not impact current residents. i.e. the roundabout to Chase Meadow was never built despite being on original plans. The road is fast and will need 1. decent traffic measures to slow traffic and 2. ensure that getting in and out of Chase Meadow is not impacted by a new housing development.
