We live across the river opposite the proposed site and already experience flooding in our property when the water levels are high. We are concerned about the risk of flooding to our house with the proposed new development. Facilities in Shipston already over stretched with no space at theoxal school, dentist or doctors and not enough parking in town. We have lived here for six years and are still not able to register at the local dentist.
