I am not in agreement with the two sites REFID 747 Land at Leasow farm & REFID 148 Land at Fell Mill Farm both of which are in a flood zone 2 & 3 with an Amber scoring in the HELLA Part A score. 5% & 42% respectively. The whole area is in a flood plain, which regularly floods when the river Stour overflows during heavy rainfall.
