1- the area identified to the south of the town could only be accessed by a single track road that cannot be widened.

2. The flood risk to the existing houses is Unacceptable.

3. Unacceptable impact to the existing development, impact on surroundings, countryside and green space.

4. Shipston has already changed and it's characteristics are materially changed feom the previous developments.

5. There is vehement opposition feom local residents.

6. The infrastructure of the town has not kept pace with the scale of the developments.

7. There is a significant amount of wildlife roaming the land.
