- lack of infrastructure, no hospital, dentist or gp places
- poor public transport, no train station
- roads are already congested
- previous developments incomplete eg pavements and cause flooding
- loss of green space
- personally, will create loss of view, sun, and be overlooked at the back of my house
- will create disruption during build, how to do you propose builders getting access through a small housing estate (hawthorn way)or down a single track road (shoulder way lane)
- flood risk on other side of river
- ridiculous proposal driven by greed
