Areas are located on flood plains; there is insufficient infrastructure to cope with any more buildings; schools, doctors , high street is just not able to cope with current population; no work opportunities in the town, we would become a satellite town. Absolutely object in very strong terms to the number of suggested properties; local people are being out priced for property in a town they have lived in all their lives. As mentioned, the infrastructure cannot cope now, flooding is already unprecedented & if flood plains are used to build, this can only get worse.
