I strongly oppose this proposal.
Shipston-on-Stour faces significant challenges. With properties already at risk of flooding, proposed housing developments exacerbate the issue. Recent sewage treatment upgrades have increased capacity, but further improvements are needed to accommodate growth. Limited public transport and inadequate infrastructure investments compound these problems, making the proposal for 1600 new homes problematic without addressing these critical concerns.
