Major flood risk. Proposed area floods constantly so where is all the water going to go. I have flood water regularly 60yrds from my home. The proposed building work will impact this significantly. Living on the Main Street the increase in traffic will add to noise levels significantly, especially SITE TRAFFIC , Not to mention impact on the bridge.
You then have schools, doctors NO appointments and dentists NOT taking any NHS patients.
I know the need for more housing but SG17 would be a crazy decision.
Nothing should be done in Shipston that impacts the risk of flooding!
