Shipston Dr's surgery , and local Dentist's are already struggling to cope with numbers of residents. So are the Primary and Senior schools. Why can planners not stipulate that developers build a new surgery and Primary school to be completed BEFORE new houses are commenced? All too often developers incudes benefits for locals, but once planning is granted, they submit request to make alterations and the local benefits are taken out of the plan, and planners never refuse the altered plans. Other towns have successfully implemented this strategy, why can't we?
