Shipston already suffers with flooding and sewage overflow after rain. Having lived in Shipston nearly 60 yrs I know it's got steadily worse each year. Even top of Hanson floods in the garden. More building will without doubt make Shipston a horrendous place to live in Winter for the majority of residents. No more "nice place to live" nomination. Also the obvious issues with lack of facilities - school, police, medical, fire, public transport. They are already insufficient for the current population.
