Shipston is not suitable for the amount of development proposed. It has already been over developed. The infrastructure is not suitable, not enough public services-schools, doctors etc. There has been more & more flooding over recent years & much of the ground earmarked badly floods. The sewerage & drainage systems can’t cope with the existing development as it is. The road system & lack of public transport struggles with the current infrastructure. Development like this would cause many more problems. There must be more suitable locations.
