- lack of infrastructure in Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding areas as it stands.
- Bearley currently has no amenities with only 300 houses.
- lack of housing not an issue, cost of living is the actual problem.
- Bearley is a protected green belt area and should not be changed to suit the greed and questionable morals of developers and the council.
