This area is a valuable green lung between Leamington and Kenilworth, comprising Greenbelt and used as prime agricultural land growing much needed food for sustainable self sufficiency.
Increasing development leads to the need for more roads, infrastructure and much else which are already overstretched.
Transport links from here to the south of Leamington would require a major new road with a new bridge over the Leam/Avon valley.
It would lead to creeping further overdevelopment.
