1. The green wedge between Leamington and Kenilworth is a valuable visual asset that keeps the two towns separate. It should not be lost to housing.
2. The Central Government housing targets are formulaic and doubts exist as to their veracity.
3. The existing development land south of Leamington is adequate for our needs if the right types are built, especially affordable homes.
