Shipston has been over grown as it is. There is not the infrastructure in place to allocate 1600 more residencies. Flooding is an issue in Shipston and new developments have already caused issues with waste and water in the town. It is diabolical to think that more houses will be built extending the small ‘market’ town further especially on to a flood plain.
