Area floods regularly
Existing sewage problem

Primary School and High School already full. High School does not have a Sixth Form
The bridge out of Shipston towards Brailes and proposed large development is an historic Roman site. It could not cope with greater volume of traffic. This traffic coming into Shipston over the bridge would cause havoc in the gyratory system.

Insufficient parking for people shopping in the town .
Insufficient public spaces.

The two other proposed sites around the town would cause similar problems.

Unsustainable for the environment and the area.
